It is with deep sadness that we confirm the passing of Bruce E. Fox, the beloved owner, operator, and heart of Allstate Septic Systems. Bruce passed away on November 27, 2024, surrounded by loved ones.

Bruce built Allstate Septic Systems with passion, integrity, and a deep commitment to the community and the wastewater industry. While this is an incredibly difficult time for our team, we want to reassure our customers, partners, and the wider community that Allstate Septic Systems will continue to operate as usual. The values Bruce instilled in this business—excellence, service, and integrity—remain our guiding principles. We are committed to honoring his legacy by carrying forward the business and community he loved so dearly.

Allstate Septic Systems is proud to announce that we will remain a family-owned small business. Samantha Brenner, daughter of the late Bruce E. Fox, will assume leadership of the organization. In this new role, Samantha will build on her father’s legacy of integrity and commitment to excellence in the wastewater industry and our community.

Samantha brings extensive experience in environmental sciences to Allstate Septic Systems. With a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Soil Science from Pennsylvania State University and a Master’s degree in Environmental Planning and Management from Johns Hopkins University, she has dedicated her career to the environmental remediation industry. Over the years, she has held key leadership roles of increasing responsibility—including project management, initiative leadership, program management, and operations management—making her exceptionally qualified to guide our team into the future.

As she steps into this pivotal position, Samantha is eager to honor and advance Bruce’s enduring commitment to uphold sustainable practices and deliver exceptional service to our customers, partners, and the wider community.
