Our trained and certified inspectors will perform a thorough STR inspection that includes:

• Locating the septic tank(s) and dosing tank(s)
• Taking measurements of the septic tank
• Notate material and capacity of the tank(s)
• Locating the absorption area
• Measuring out the absorption area; trenches, seepage bed, etc.
• Probing the absorption area for standing liquid or saturation
• Cleaning the septic tank(s) and dosing tank(s)
• Notating any issues with the tanks, i.e., cracked lids, missing or deteriorated baffles, etc.
